Donald Lee Colbrunn, age 76, of Glencoe, Minnesota, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017, at his home in Glencoe, Minnesota.
Private Family Memorial Service will be held.
Donald Lee Colbrunn was born on January 11, 1941, in French Camp, California. He was the son of Irving and Zoria (Grubesic) Colbrunn. He graduated from Fontana High School Class of 1959. Donald furthered his education at Moorhead Technical College where he earned a Culinary Arts Degree. Donald served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged on February 16, 1962.
On May 26, 1962, Donald was united in marriage to Sandra Barrett in San Bernardino, California. Donald and Sandra made their home in Edina, MN, Fargo, ND, Park Rapids, MN, Fontana, CA and most recent in Glencoe, MN. Their marriage was blessed with 3 children, Cindy, Donna and Mike. Donald and Sandra shared over 55 years of marriage.
Donald worked at Eden Prairie High School in Eden Prairie, MN as a Food Production Manager. He was a member of the SEIU and SNA. Donald enjoyed fishing and road trips. Donald cherished the time spent with friends and family, especially his grandchildren and attending their sporting events were his greatest joys.
Donald passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2017, at his home in Glencoe, Minnesota, at the age of 76.

Mike Colbrunn and his wife, Meri, of Mankato, MN:
Grandchildren, Kyle Grogan, Cody and Austin Majeskie, Hailey, Vince and Sidney Colbrunn;
Siblings, Robert Colbrunn and his wife, Dee of Mount Pleasant, SC,
Thomas Colbrunn and his wife, Kathy of Fontana, CA;
Nieces, Nephews, Other relatives and many friends.
Donald is preceded in death by his Parents, Irving and Zoria Colbrunn.
