Donna Schade, age 79, of Glencoe, Minnesota, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019, at her home in Glencoe, Minnesota.
Memorial Services will be held Sunday, April 7, 2019, at 3:00 P.M. at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Glencoe, Minnesota.
Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Saturday, April 6, 2019, from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Johnson-McBride Funeral Chapel in Glencoe, Minnesota, and will continue one hour prior the service at the church.
Obituary
Donna Rae (Schulte) Schade was born on March 20, 1940, in Gaylord, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Herman and Florence (Weinkauf) Schulte. Donna was baptized as an infant on April 14, 1940, by Pastor H. Winters and later was confirmed in her faith as a youth on April 11, 1954, by Pastor Stahlke both at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord, Minnesota. She received her education at Gaylord High School in Gaylord, Minnesota.
On August 9, 1957, Donna was united in marriage to Donald Schade by Pastor Marquardt at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord, Minnesota. Donna and Donald made their home in Glencoe. Their life was blessed with four children, Donald Jr., Duane, Daniel and Dana. Donna and Donald shared over 61 years of marriage.
In addition to being a loving wife, mother and homemaker, Donna babysat for families, and worked at Hutchinson Technology and Young America Corporation. She was a faithful member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Glencoe. Donna enjoyed fishing, playing cards, bowling, going to the casino and watching her family play sports. She cherished the time spent with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Donna passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2019, at her home in Glencoe, Minnesota, at the age of 79 years and 11 days.

Donna was preceded in death by her Parents, Herman and Florence Schulte; Son, Donald Schade, Jr.; Sister, Marlys Reichenbach; Brother, Maynard Schulte.

I will miss my Aunt Donna. I remember when I graduated from high school , she gave me a scrap book full pictures and articles of my Cross Country and Track career. To this day I still have it! Donna always called me Little Moe. She is truely on her way to heaven!
