So sad to hear of the passing of Glenn. He was my first boss, giving this clueless 16 year old a chance at a job. I’m sure he had better things to do, but anytime I poked my head in his office or ran into him on the floor, he’d always have a smile and time to chat about work, my college and career plans, and how my day was going. He genuinely cared about his employees, and I’m proud to be one of his Cash Wise alum.

Claire and family,
Although we don’t know you personally, we have met over the years. The Woelfel family has. been a fringe family in our lives. I am Tom Geistfeld’s sister, and through them I know the sadness and grief is great at this time. I’m so very sorry, life sometimes cannot be understood or explained. I pray you find strength and love and support through family, friends, and your faith. My condolences…

God came and asked Glenn to come home with HIM. When we received the news of his death we were sad as we remembered all the years we shared together at Woelfel Reunions. First cousins came to see one another at these reunions. Our parents parted some years ago.
Praying for peace and healing for the family. Roger & Mary (Woelfel) Anderson
Becca Eddy says
Glenn was my first boss back when I was 16, this was 18 years ago. Glenn was always smiling, always making rounds on the grocery floor and saying hi to his employees and would take the time to listen and get to know us young punk employees who were getting the hang of this “having a job thing”. I’m beyond thankful I was given the opportunity to work with such a wonderful boss who started me on a pathway to my now current teaching career. I’ll never forget him. May he Rest In Peace in the Kingdom with God.
Gene & Grace Chrast says
