Andrea Koenig says
Luella was my boss in the 60’s at the University of Minnesota Hospital, I was a medical secretary for three nurses in a long-running study by the Federal government called the Child Development Study covering Obstetrics and Pediatrics. She was a fine person and we were all so happy when she met and married Andy. I am thankful for all of the good memories we shared.

Mary R Schuler says
Thank you for your kind comments. I am Luella’s niece, Mary Schuler. I am grateful we were able to spend much quality time with she and my Uncle Andy and more so after Uncle Andy passed in 2012 and yes, she was a fine person, so humble and kind always. They had many good years together.
Gwen DeGolier says
To Luella’s family,
I’ve been thinking about you and praying for peace. She was a wonderful little lady. We would bring her to Mass at St. A’s quite often. I would help get her out of the vehicle and she would grab my arm and hold on, to walk into church. I think that was probably more meaningful to me than her.
She was missed when she moved to Winsted. She can now be in Andy’s arms again.
