Rosemary Arhart says
My sincere sympathy to the whole family. Roger was always friendly to everybody and a good person to know. He will be missed by many in the community. I am sorry that I am unable to talk to you in person, but I have not found a place to relocate in Winthrop since the fire and am presently living with my son, Tony, up by Squaw Lake. May the Lord take special care of you at this time. Rosie Arhart
