Deb Boelter says
Carmen, Oh how I will miss you. You were such a kind, caring, loving person. You always thought of everyone else.! You made your neighborhood people feel special! I can still see you going into the chapel, praying, and then zooming outside with your camo jacket on collecting unique rocks. We had so many chats about our pets and the heartache of losing them. You shared so many precious memories with me. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. RIP Carmen….
