Rita was a member of St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Fairfax.
Rita was the most kind and selfless person we knew. She would not hesitate to help someone in need and had tons of love to share. She taught us all that family came first. We enjoyed many family days with the best ones at the farm. She always welcomed us with a smile. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren but most of all she loved spending time with her husband. They enjoyed cooking, gardening, going on road trips and relaxing by a fire on the patio. Her laugh was delightful and will never be forgotten.
Rita passed away on Friday, July 19, 2019, at her home in Fairfax at the age of 60 years. Blessed be her memory.

Ann, I was so sorry to hear about your mom. While I did not know her it is obvious to me that she must have been a wonderful person judging by the quality person you have become. I think moms have a special gift for instilling their own best qualities in their children. My thoughts are with you and you family. God bless and comfort each of you.

It was such a joy to work with Rita for so many years at HTI. It saddens me to know she is no longer with you. The stories she would tell about her weekends truly showed how much family meant to her. May those happy memories help you in this sad time.
Peace to all of you.
